Softball: Jupiter, Olympic Heights, Wellington, Spanish River get wins

Jupiter 17, John I. Leonard 0: Madi Leonard (2-0) pitched a no-hitter and struck out five with no walks, and Ashley Goebel was 4-for-4 with three triples, a double and six RBIs as the Warriors (3-1) walloped the Lancers in Greenacres.

Olympic Heights 15, Boynton Beach 0 (3): Alex Perez pitched a no-hitter with five strikeouts, Alex Torres went 2-for-3 with four RBIs and Madison Manning added two hits, two runs scored and an RBI as the Lions (5-2) routed the Tigers in Boca Raton.

Wellington 11, Seminole Ridge 0: Katie Schmidt and Lexie Butler were 4-for-5 and had two RBIs each, Kate DeSimone pitched five innings and struck out seven, and Katie Schmidt closed it out with four more strikeouts as the Wolverines (6-0) blanked the Hawks in Loxahatchee.

Spanish River 16, Santaluces 1: Shea Whitacre was 3-for-4 with two doubles and a triple, and Kiley Brooks pitched four innings and struck out four as the Sharks overpowered the Chiefs (3-4) in Lantana. Aly Cooley singled with an RBI in the loss.

West Boca Raton 12, Dwyer 1 (5): Jessica Jaruszewski was 2-for-4 with three RBIs, Alexa Ares went 3-for-4 with two RBIs, and Kayla Joaquin was 2-for-3 with two RBIs as the Bulls (5-0) defeated the Panthers in Boca Raton.

Fort Lauderdale-Westminster Academy 8, Benjamin 3: Alex Cohen hit a triple, but the Buccaneers (2-1) fell to the Lions in Palm Beach Gardens.

The King’s Academy 13, Fort Lauderdale-Calvary Christian 3: Mareta Eberhardt and Ella Wilkerson both were 2-for-3 with a double and an RBI as the Lions (6-0) stayed perfect, defeating the Eagles in West Palm Beach.

Stuart-South Fork 3, Palm Beach Gardens 1: Katelynn Robine allowed three runs while striking out five in seven innings, but the Gators (4-2) fell to the Bulldogs in Palm Beach Gardens.
