Girls basketball: Boca Raton, Oxbridge, Palm Beach Gardens post wins

No. 1 Boca Raton 54, No. 9 Santaluces 46: Audrey Ramsey scored 19 points and Grace Alfieri added 11 as the Bobcats (15-5) got past the Chiefs (13-7) in Lantana. Whitney Howell scored 21 points and grabbed 16 rebounds, and Emiah Downie added 12 points and four assists in the loss.

No. 2 Oxbridge 86, Cardinal Newman 16: Aaliyah Stanley grabbed nine steals en route to scoring 24 points, including four three-pointers; Alexa Zaph added 19 points, including three three-pointers, and Taylor Race contributed nine points, exclusively on three-pointers, as the ThunderWolves (19-4) defeated the Crusaders in West Palm Beach.

No. 6 Palm Beach Gardens 51, No. 8 Jupiter 41: Kiera Brown scored 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds and four steals and Kyandra Poitier added 10 points and six rebounds as the Gators (14-4) topped the Warriors in Palm Beach Gardens. Megan McCants scored 13 points in the loss.

No. 7 Wellington 66, Seminole Ridge 26: Jill Duncan scored 12 points and Camryn Debose added 17 as the Wolverines handled the Hawks (10-9) in Loxahatchee. Jahnae Midget scored 13 points and Lynzi Smikle added eight points in the loss.

No. 10 Lake Worth 43, Park Vista 28: Donyell Harris scored 15 points and grabbed 11 rebounds, and Elizabeth-Point-du-Jour added 10 points as the Trojans (13-7) handled the Cobras in Boynton Beach.

Royal Palm Beach 48, Forest Hill 40: Ania Banks scored 19 points, Marie LeBrun added eight points, and Monete Baptiste contributed six points as the Wildcats got past the Falcons (3-15) in West Palm Beach. Shemere Todd grabbed 15 rebounds and three blocks and Gabby Powell added 20 points and four rebounds in the loss.

Atlantic 61, Spanish River 53: Tamaya Patterson scored 22 points and Amari Allen added 17 points as the Eagles (5-12) defeated the Sharks in Boca Raton. Olivia Svedson scored 30 points in the loss.


Cardinal Newman 47, Forest Hill 36: Maia Lagrotta and Shemere Todd each scored 10 points, but the Falcons (3-17) fell to the Crusaders in West Palm Beach.
