Boys basketball: No. 5 Atlantic holds off Benjamin


Kadeem Wilks scored 25 points, leading the fifth-ranked Atlantic boys basketball team to a 70-64 victory over Benjamin on Thursday night in Delray Beach.

Reggie Duhart added 15 points and Ladarien Variance contributed 14 for the Eagles (14-9).

Ben Lubarsky scored 23 points for Benjamin.

Jupiter Christian 84, Glades Day 48: Clay Fitzmorris made six 3-pointers and scored 23 points and Dion Fernander added 17 points as the Eagles (20-5) routed the Gators in Jupiter. A.J. McPhee scored 14 points for Glades Day.
