Baseball: No. 3 Wellington rolls to victory


Dylan Posto had two hits and scored two runs, leading the third-ranked Wellington baseball team to a 13-3 rout of Seminole Ridge on Friday in Wellington.

John Campagnuolo added a two-run single for the Wolverines (13-5).

No. 4 Dwyer 1, Boynton Beach 0: Dylan Arcadipane was 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored as the Panthers topped the Tigers in Palm Beach Gardens.

Santaluces 2, Boca Raton 0: Hakim Williams pitched five shutout innings and had three hits at the plate and Angel Diaz rapped a two-run double as the Chiefs (7-9) defeated the Bobcats (7-8).

Benjamin 10, Spanish River 1: Matt Lopps was 3-for-4 with a run scored as the Buccaneers (11-6) dominated the Sharks in Boca Raton.
