When Florida State visits No. 4 Clemson in South Carolina, they could be without one of their offensive weapons.
According to the team’s official injury report, wide receiver Auden Tate is questionable with an ankle injury for this Saturday’s game against the Tigers. Tate did not play last Saturday against Syracuse and it appears that it is possible he may miss the game against Clemson as well.
Tate has played in 7 games for the Seminoles this year, making 26 catches for 386 yards. His 5 touchdowns is tops among Florida State receivers this year. He has also battle shoulder injuries as well, leaving the game against NC State after landing on it and spraining it in the September 23 contest.
On Wednesday, Florida State did get some good news on the injury front. Running back Jacques Patrick, originally thought to have suffered a season-ending knee injury, will be available for the game against the Tigers.
Florida State and Clemson will kick off at 3:30pm ET on ESPN.
