Death toll stands at 8, dozens still missing after 6.4 magnitude earthquake jolts Taiwan


At least eight people were killed and hundreds of others injured Tuesday night after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake struck Taiwan’s Hualien County, damaging roads and leaving buildings tilted or destroyed.
