NEW: Annual holiday toy drive kicks off in Wellington


Wellington has launched its 9th annual Hometown Holiday Toy Drive, in partnership with the Wellington Interfaith Council, the Christopher Aguirre Foundation, the Mall at Wellington Green, the Wellington Holiday Run, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue and the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.

Now through Dec. 19, residents can drop off new, unwrapped toys at these Wellington locations:

  • Village Hall, 12300 Forest Hill Blvd.
  • Community Services Office, 1092 Wellington Trace
  • Village Park, 11700 Pierson Road
  • Lake Wellington Professional Centre, 12133 Ken Adams Way
  • Ultima Fitness, 12799 Forest Hill Blvd.
  • All Wellington Fire Rescue stations.

“The holidays are about giving and helping those in need,” Mayor Anne Gerwig said. “Our residents have always been generous in assisting those less fortunate and ensuring every child has a magical holiday. Your continued participation in our toy drive is greatly appreciated as we celebrate this holiday season.”
