Two I-95 workers crushed after concrete wall falls on them in Miami


Two constructions workers were killed early Sunday morning when a concrete wall fell on them while they were working on Interstate 95. 

The accident happened around 3 a.m. Sunday in the southbound lanes near Northwest 62nd Street in Miami, according to NBC 6.

Miami Fire Rescue told NBC 6 that the men died when the concrete wall collapsed and pinned them under the barrier, NBC reported.

Employees on the scene told NBC 6 that the two were fixing drainage pipes in a trench when the accident happened.

Both victims are in their 20s and their names had not been released as of Sunday afternoon.
