Stacey Singer has been writing about health, science, biotech, consumer issues and government for nearly two decades. She's the founder of a non-profit group called Journalists in Transition which supports mid-career media professionals. In the 1990s she was a founding staffer of The Moscow Times, an English language newspaper that chronicled Russian life after the breakup of the former Soviet Union. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, her education has focused on both science writing and American industrial history.
