Learn about Puerto Rico recovery efforts: The Puerto Rican Hispanic Chamber of Commerce will host an event Thursday that includes a presentation on how the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Foundation is taking steps to help law enforcement officers in Puerto Rico who were affected by Hurricane Maria. Networking begins at 6 p.m. and the presentation starts at 7 p.m. at Asador Patagonia, 675 Royal Palm Beach Blvd., Royal Palm Beach. Cost is $5 for chamber members and $15 for non-members. Catch a comedy show: Comedy night returns this Saturday to The Grille, 12300 South Shore Blvd., Wellington.
