Rashad is listing his 3-bedroom, 4 1/2-bathroom house in Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club for $740,000. The home has a two-car garage and a pool that’s surrounded by thick landscaping for privacy, but the landscaping could be trimmed for views of one of Frenchman’s Creek’s two golf courses.

The 2,692-square-foot house was built in 1990, according to Palm Beach County property records.

Rashad has another home in Jupiter across the street from NBA legend Michael Jordan, according to realtor.com. Rashad and Jordan reportedly watch Vikings games together.

The Vikings inducted Rashad into the Ring of Honor last year, three weeks after fellow wide receiver Randy Moss earned the distinction.

Rashad famously proposed to Phylicia Ayers-Allen, better known as Clair Huxtable on “The Cosby Show,” on live television on Thanksgiving Day in 1985. He was on the sidelines in Pontiac, Mich., where the Detroit Lions were hosting the Jets, and she was at the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. With Bob Costas acting as an intermediary, she said “yes.”

O.J. Simpson was the best man, and Bill Cosby walked her down the aisle. The couple had one child together and divorced in 2001.
