Rory McIlroy's Gardens mansion is for sale. It will cost you $13 million

PGA pro Rory McIlroy’s waterfront mansion and the lot next to it are for sale for $12.9 million, GOLF Magazine has reported.

McIlroy bought the 6-bedroom house along the Intracoastal Waterway five years ago for $9.5 million. The house down a lane off Prosperity Farms Road has a pool, outdoor fireplace, reflection pond and dock, according to Palm Beach County property records.

The backyard also has a huge synthetic putting green, GOLF Magazine reports.

McIlroy recently bought Ernie Els’ former home in The Bear’s Club in Jupiter, Golfweek reported. McIlroy married Erica Stoll in April.

McIlroy has committed to playing in The Honda Classic at PGA National Resort & Spa next month. It is expected to be his fifth start of 2018, according to the PGA Tour.
