The Lakeside Family Fun Days and Family Fun Nights run through the end of April. The next Fun Day is 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 10. The events take place along the lake’s south shore, which can be accessed just west of the Wellington Community Center.

Families were able to paddleboard and kayak for free. There were lawn games and bounce houses. Some attendees walked to the nearby Green Market near Wellington’s Amphitheater to buy food and drinks.
