Free workshop on job safety offered at Jupiter’s El Sol


A training workshop on electrical safety and job site hazards is scheduled for Sunday at the El Sol Neighborhood Resource Center. The 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. workshop is free and open to the public. Training is scheduled to focus on preventing accidents in various work situations and safety measures when working around power lines and other electrical equipment. Pre-registration is recommended. The workshop is paid for by the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the National Day Labor Organizing Network. For information, call 745-9860, Ext. 4202.
