The beige houseboat, about 35 feet long, was anchored Thursday afternoon about 100 feet off shore, just north of the public boat docks.

An orange tag issued by Palm Beach County Parks and Recreation Department has been placed on the vessel.

The tag was post on Wednesday, Dec. 13 at 11:25 a.m.

Jupiter officials say they have removed six derelict vessels in Jupiter have been removed since 2016. They are working to remove more, they said at a recent town council meeting.
