BurgerFi, Whole Foods, salon, gym to open at planned Delray Plaza

DELRAY BEACH — A BurgerFi restaurant, a hair salon, a spa and a gym all are expected to join Delray Beach’s first Whole Foods store at a planned plaza on Linton Boulevard.

Delray Plaza, an 85,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial space at 660 W Linton Blvd, will include the popular burger chain, which has a location on Atlantic Avenue and Ocean Boulevard, Club Pilates, Tide Dry Cleaners, Tipsy SalonBar and Vana Med Spa, plaza owner

S.J. Collins Enterprises announced Wednesday.

The plaza is undergoing a redesign expected to last until spring 2019.

The largest tenant at the commercial strip will be a Whole Foods Market 360, smaller version of popular grocery chain. Whole Foods Market 365, which offers lower prices than the original Whole Foods Market, will take the 30,000-square-foot space held by Palm Beach Gym. It will be the first 365 by Whole Foods in Florida, according to the grocery chain’s website.

Also expected to open at the plaza are breakfast and brunch cafe First Watch, Mediterranean eatery Zoes Kitchen, Pet Supplies Plus, Pollo Tropical and Subway, as well as other unannounced retail and office tenants.
