BREAKING: One injured when car crashes into tree in Jupiter


One person was seriously injured Wednesday night when a car crashed into a tree in Jupiter, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue reported. 

The crash happened shortly before 8:30 p.m. near Longshore Drive and Northfork Drive.

Firefighters arrived on scene to find one person trapped inside the vehicle. The person was freed and taken to a trauma hospital. 

Neither the person’s age or gender was disclosed. It was not immediately clear what caused the crash.
