Black History Month event, food trucks in Wellington, Royal Palm

Tribute Music and Food Truck Festival: The popular Wellington festival returns to the amphitheater complex, 12100 Forest Hill Blvd., this Thursday through Saturday and Feb. 22-24 from 5 to 9:30 p.m. each night. Concerts begin at 7 p.m. Attendance is free, and there will be 10 to 15 food trucks each night of the festival where attendees can buy food and drinks. For more information, go to

Lakeside Family Fun Day: The first of Wellington’s new Lakeside Family Fun Days is from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Lake Wellington and the Wellington Community Center, 12150 Forest Hill Blvd., Wellington.
