Town of Palm Beach non-emergency phone lines are down Thursday morning, according to a social-media alert.

The town said residents should call 911 for municipal services in an alert sent out at 7:35 a.m. This is the second time the phone lines were out of service Thursday after the phones were out for about four hours at about 1:30 a.m. Officials resolved the issue for two hours.

Alert were sent out via tweets, email and the town website.

The cause of the phone issues was not given.
