Wanted Florida teen located, arrested


A Florida teenager is behind bars after the Santa Rosa County Sheriff’s Office asked for the public’s help in finding him.

According to NWF Daily News, 19-year-old Tristan Junus Turner of Mary Esther was considered to be armed and dangerous when the sheriff’s office issued a public notice on Friday and offered a reward for tips that led to his arrest.

On Saturday, Turner was located, arrested and taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail, where he faces charges of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, armed trespassing, resisting officer with violence, possession of drugs, assault on a law enforcement officer, and possession of a controlled substance (opium or derivative) with intent to sell.

He is being held on $107,000 bond.
