Hilyard and the student, whose age wasn’t released, allegedly went to a townhouse after school where they would engage in sexual activity, the district told WPLG.

While Hilyard asked the student to keep their relationship secret, the two were seen kissing and holding hands in public. The pair were also seen exchanging secret notes during class, according to WPLG.

It is unclear if Hilyard will face charges, but he has been suspended without pay, WPLG reported.
