JUST IN: Jupiter man, 61, injured in Martin gyrocopter crash


A 61-year-old Jupiter man was injured Thursday in a gyrocopter crash near the Indiantown Airport, the Martin County Sheriff’s Office said.

The pilot was identified as Michael Ludwig Fuchs. Fuchs was flown to a Palm Beach County hospital to be treated for cuts.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation, the sheriff’s office said.
