When the two cars came to a stop at a red light, Perry parked his car at the intersection and got out of his vehicle. He retrieved a baseball bat out of his trunk and approached Harari’s driver’s side window, raising the bat above his shoulder.
Harari told Perry that she was pregnant and threatened to call law enforcement as he yelled at her to “learn how to drive,” according to the Gainesville Sun. Following the warning, Perry returned to his car and drove off.
