A man has died nearly a month after he was struck by a vehicle while walking across an intersection at the southern tip of Palm Springs, the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office said.
Isaac Mills died Tuesday morning while under the care of Trustbridge Hospice. Mills sustained his injuries when he was hit by a vehicle the morning of Oct. 15 while improperly crossing at Congress Avenue and Melaluca Lane, near Palm Beach State College’s main campus, the sheriff’s office said.
A sheriff’s crash report indicates that no charges are pending. The report did not specify Mills’ hometown or age or the type of vehicle that hit him.
