BREAKING: One shot in Lake Worth, driven to hospital


A female was shot Wednesday morning in Lake Worth, Palm Beach County Fire Rescue authorities said.

“When we got there we were told she had been driven to hospital,” Capt. Albert Borroto said.

The shooting happened shortly after 9:30 a.m. on South Dixie Highway, south of 15th Avenue South.

The female’s condition was not immediately.
