First lady fashion: See Melania Trump’s looks of the Palm Beach season

From deboarding Air Force One to hosting international first ladies, Melania Trump carries out her political responsibilities in style.

This Palm Beach season, the former model was photographed wearing designers such as Ralph Lauren, Carolina Herrera, and Dolce & Gabbana, but mostly Michael Kors. And what’s an outfit without the right shoes? Melania almost always pairs her classic looks with the signature red-soled shoes by Christian Louboutin.

While people often try to decode her outfits, looking for meaning in her choices, she keeps strutting with sartorial elegance.

After her husband Donald Trump won the 2016 election, some fashion designers publicly stated they wouldn’t dress the first family including Marc Jacobs, Tom Ford and Derek Lam. But no feelings were hurt as Melania wore a Derek Lam shirt dress on her recent visit to the Flagler Museum. The first lady toured Whitehall with Akie Abe, the wife of Japanese prime minister Shinzo Abe, in the kelly green dress paired with So Kate 120 pumps by Louboutin.

Another first lady favorite is Manolo Blahnik’s BB shoes. On March 2, she paired a black snakeskin pair with Christian Dior’s Spring 2018 couture skirt and Resort 2018 blazer. Arriving in Palm Beach after Rev. Billy Graham’s funeral in North Carolina, Melania finished the ensemble with Yves Saint Laurent SL 1 sunglasses.

Apart from the elegant dresses and stilettos, Melania also has sported more casual looks while in Palm Beach such as the J Brand white pants and Amiri satin red, white and blue varsity jacket she wore to the Super Bowl watch party at Trump International Golf Club in West Palm Beach.
