The Cooper closes for kitchen repairs, to reopen this week

Palm Beach Gardens dining

Relax, fans of The Cooper – the popular PGA corridor restaurant and bar is not closed for good.

“Just a little remodel in the kitchen,” says restaurant publicist Tamra Fitzgerald.

The vibe-y, PGA Commons spot was closed Tuesday and Wednesday for renovation work. It will reopen for dinner Thursday at 5 p.m., says Fitzgerald.

The enhancements will continue Monday, when Cooper management will oversee the installation of a large pergola on the terrace. That work will not require the restaurant to close.

Meanwhile, executive chef Adam Brown is working on a menu to be rolled out in October at the Palm Beach Gardens hot spot.

The Cooper: 4610 PGA Blvd. (PGA Commons), Palm Beach Gardens; 561-622-0032
