For the week ending May 14, this is what state inspectors reported these 10 restaurants received perfect scores:

Gourmet Galaxy/Soup Boss had zero violations in an inspection May 4 at 905 N. Dixie Highway, West Palm Beach.

Hamburger Haven had zero violations in an inspection May 9 at 1014 N. Tamarind Ave., West Palm Beach.

Serenity Garden Tea House had zero violations in an inspection May 9 at 316 Vallette Way, West Palm Beach.

Haliimaile Malapua had zero violations in an inspection May 10 at 2100 NW Boca Raton Blvd., Boca Raton.

Taqueria La Esperanza had zero violations in an inspection May 10 at 4563 Myrtle Lane, West Palm Beach.

Tw’s Lounge had zero violations in an inspection May 11 at 23269 State Road 7, Boca Raton.

The Scoop Coop had zero violations in an inspection May 11 at 11529 Sandy Run Road, Jupiter.

La Villa Taqueria Mexicana had zero violations in an inspection May 12 at 6146 S. Congress Ave., Lantana.

Barracuda Bay Aquatic Center Concession Stand had zero violations in an inspection May 13 at 1621 W. Blue Heron Blvd., Riviera Beach.

Bistro Teatro had zero violations in an inspection May 13 at 701 Okeechobee Blvd., West Palm Beach.
