The Ziff estate in Manalapan grabbed headlines when it went on the market in 2016 for an eye-popping asking price of $195 million.
Asking and getting aren’t always the same thing, however. In 2017, the owners hired a new listing agent and dropped the price to $165 million. And now, the price is down to $138 million.
Even after a 32 percent price cut from the original listing price, the property still would be the most expensive home ever sold in Palm Beach County.
The 15-acre property at 2000 S. Ocean Blvd. includes 1,200 feet of ocean frontage and 1,300 feet of Intracoastal frontage.
