Strong winds linger in PBC


The winds are sticking around for the next few days in Palm Beach County.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service in Miami predict a southeast wind between 13 and 16 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph today. The high temperature will be in the low 80s with partly sunny skies.

Once the sun goes down, expect more clouds and a low temperature hovering in the mid-70s. Wind gusts remain and could get up to 20 mph.

Wednesday forecastesrs expect mostly sunny skies with a high temperature in the mid-80s. The winds will continue around 15 mph and gusts as high as 20 mph. In the evening, there’s a small chance of showers and a low temperature in the low 70s. The winds calm down a bit, to around 7 to 11 mph.
