Man ID’d in Gardens Mall shooting incident, ordered bond

Born in Jersey City, N.J. a long time ago. Moved to Miami as a kid and graduated from Miami Norland High School (Randy Shannon's alma mater, too.) Graduated from the University of Florida in 1983 with a Liberal Arts degree. First job out of college was at the Ocala Star-Banner and have since worked at several papers including Florida Today, the Fort Lauderdale Sun-Sentinel and the Daily Journal in Caracas, Venezuela.
