Softball: Jupiter earns road shutout


Mattie Leonard was 2-for-3 with two RBIs, leading the Jupiter softball team to a 5-0 shutout of Venice on Friday in Venice.

Ally Costa collected four hits and struck out eight on the mound for the Warriors.

Suncoast 5, Cardinal Newman 1: Maggie Foley was 2-for-4 with a double and a steal, but the Crusaders (3-4) fell to the Chargers in West Palm Beach.
