Softball: Estes’ three home runs leads Oxbridge to rout


Caridad Estes hit three home runs and drove in four runs, leading the Oxbridge Academy softball team to a 16-1 rout of Cardinal Newman on Wednesday in West Palm Beach.

Josie Foreman also homered for the ThunderWolves (6-2).

Maggie Foley homered for Newman (3-3).

Park Vista 10, Suncoast 3: Katie Greenwood was 3-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs and Morgan Keith had a hit and drove in two runs as the Cobras (3-2) rolled over the Chargers in Lake Worth.

Olympic Heights 17, Boynton Beach 2: Peri Spector was 2-for-3 with three RBIS and a run scored and Hayley Logan went 2-for-2 with an RBI as the Lions (5-2) overpowered the Tigers on Tuesday night in Boca Raton.

Royal Palm Beach 11, Forest Hill 1: Nicole Hayslip was 3-for-3 with three RBIs and Jaime Tino struck out 14 batters as the Wildcats (4-1) rolled over the Falcons in Royal Palm Beach.

Santaluces 17, Boynton Beach 0: Alicia Celia went 4-for-5 with three runs scored; Maddy Gonzalez was 3-for-4 with three runs, and Abby Callo went 4-for-5 with four runs as the Chiefs routed the Tigers in Boynton.
