Soccer: American Heritage boys roll to victory


Douglas Phillips scored two goals, leading the American Heritage boys soccer team to a 6-0 rout of St. Andrew’s on Friday in Boca Raton.

Brian Lopez and Dominic Manzo combined for the shutout for the Stallions (11-3-1).

Spanish River 5, Palm Beach Central 0: Greg Aronstam and Greg Boko each scored two goals as the Sharks shut down the Broncos in Boca Raton.

Lake Worth 1, Forest Hill 0: A goal from Javier Cabrera was all the Trojans (10-3-2) needed to get past the Falcons in West Palm Beach.

Park Vista 3, Boynton Beach 1: The Cobras (6-2-3) defeated the Tigers in Boynton Beach.

Dreyfoos 3, Seminole Ridge 2: Carlos Rosales scored the game-winning goal in the final minute to lift the Jaguars over the Hawks in West Palm Beach. Zachary Stoloff had two assists for Dreyfoos.

Hobe Sound-The Pine School 4, Jupiter Christian 0: The Eagles (3-5-3) were shut out by the Knights in Hobe Sound.

GIRLS SOCCER

Spanish River 2, Olympic Heights 0: Victoria Barreto had four saves, but the Lions (16-4-2) fell to the Sharks in Boca Raton.

Park Vista 2, West Boca Raton 0: Julia Wheeler had nine saves, but the Bulls (14-2-1) fell to the Cobras.
