Lacrosse: Jupiter girls top Wellington


Madison Bradford scored five goals, helping the Jupiter girls lacrosse team edge wellington on Thursday night in Wellington.

Juliana Aiello added a goal and 11 draw controls for the Warriors (2-1).

King’s Academy 16, John I. Leonard 2: Mackenzie Marsh had four goals and an assist; Genesis Gutierrez added three goals and two assists and Caroline Aubry contributed three goals and an assist as the Lions (4-0) rolled over the Lancers in Greenacres.

Cardinal Newman 18, Suncoast 6: Kelly Dennis had seven goals and two assists; Piper Sendrich added two goals and five assists and MacKenzie Porter contributed three goals to lead the Crusaders over the Chargers in West Palm Beach.

Oxbridge Academy 21, Somerset Canyons 3: Callie Zoeller scored six goals and Lucy Ream and Skylar Simmonds each added three goals as the Thunderwolves routed the Cougars in West Palm Beach.

Jupiter Christian 15, John I. Leonard 2: Michael Reiff had six goals and two assists as the Eagles stopped the Lancers in Jupiter.
