Girls Soccer: Wellington, Dwyer, Boca Raton post victories


Wellington 10, Pahokee 0: Samantha Jenkins scored two goals, Alli Rehr contributed four assists, Alexa Kovi kicked in a goal and goalie Lindsay Schindler earned her first shutout of the season as the Wolverines (4-0-1) blanked the Blue Devils in a matchup that ended two minutes before halftime in Wellington.

Dwyer 2, Royal Palm Beach 0: Lexi Bolton scored both goals and goalie Maggie Odom grabbed seven saves as the Panthers shut down the Wildcats in Royal Palm Beach.

Boca Raton 4, Parkland-Douglas 2: Alexa Coy scored two goals and had one assist and Kendra Cashion added two goals as the Bobcats (5-1) doubled up on the Eagles in Parkland.

West Boca Raton 8, Fort Lauderdale 0: Kelsey Clark scored four goals, Stacy Talabert added two more, Alexa O’Brien contributed two goals and two assists and goalie Trinity King earned the shutout as the Bulls (5-1) clipped the Flying L’s in Fort Lauderdale.

St. John Paul II Academy 7, Boca Christian 1: Olivia Polimeni and Erika Daghar scored two goals each as the Eagles (3-2) overpowered the Blazers in Boca Raton.

Spanish River 6, Yeshiva 1: Kayla Chandler had three goals as the Sharks (4-1-2) handled the Storm in Boca Raton.
