Girls soccer: Jupiter coasts to victory

Brielle Pearce scored a hat trick, leading the Jupiter girls soccer team to a 9-0 rout of Palm Beach Lakes on Tuesday night in Jupiter.

Soleil Lussier, Julia Cain and Sydney Wiebel each added a goal and Cain and Sophia Flores combined for the shutout for the Warriors (7-2).

Olympic Heights 6, Coral Springs Christian 0: Sydney Durrance had two goals and three assists, Eva Giordano added a goal and an assist, and Victoria Barreto had three saves and earned her 10th shutout as the Lions (9-2-2) shut down the Crusaders in Coral Springs.

Dwyer 2, Martin County 1: Haley Barac and Bianca Papa each scored a goal as the Panthers (7-3) edged the Tigers in Palm Beach Gardens.

Benjamin 4, Jensen Beach 0: Keiarra Slack, Emma Shirzad, Nicole Vernis and Abigail Moss each scored a goal and Alyssa Suarez earned the shutout as the Buccaneers (5-3) shut down the Falcons in Palm Beach Gardens.

Cardinal Newman 8, Pahokee 0: Rebekah Brawley and Jessica Yupp each had a hat trick and Ella Schrotenboer earned the shutout as the Crusaders (8-5) coasted past the Blue Devils in West Palm Beach.

St. John Paul II Academy 4, Davie-University School 2: Erika Daghar had two goals and one assist, and Madison Kennedy added one more goal as the Eagles (8-2) doubled up on the Suns in Boca Raton.

Jupiter Christian 5, Glades Day 2: Tatiana Canon had a hat trick and two assists and Gia Vastola added two goals as the Eagles (3-1) defeated the Gators in Jupiter.

Inlet Grove 6, Port St. Lucie 3: Jada Hall scored five goals and Desiree Coleman-Williams added another as the Hurricanes (4-6) stopped the Jaguars in Port St. Lucie.
