Girls basketball: Oxbridge, Lake Worth Christian and West Boca win


West Boca Raton 65, Olympic Heights 3: The Bulls (4-0) set down the Lions in Boca Raton.

Lake Worth Christian 55, American Heritage 21: Jillian Schenck had 17 points, Jodibeth Elardo scored 12 points and Destiny McGrew contributed 11 points as the Defenders downed the Stallions (0-4) in Delray Beach. Lee Tirosh scored 11 points for American Heritage.

Oxbridge Academy 64, King’s Academy 22: Alexa Zaph led all scorers with 12 points, all on three-point shots, Kaylon Smith grabbed seven rebounds and added 11 points, and Nashani Gilbert-Taylor had eight rebounds as the Thunderwolves (5-3) handled the Lions in West Palm Beach. Haley Gantt had eight points for King’s Academy.

Boynton Beach 43, Forest Hill 36: Maia Lagrotta had nine points and 11 rebounds and Anayah Coles added six points but the Falcons (0-6) fell to the Tigers in Boynton Beach.

Boca Raton 63, Santaluces 35: Kelsi Mingo scored 18 points and grabbed five steals, Hannah Pratt added 15 points to go with eight rebounds, and Audrey Ramsey contributed 12 points as the Bobcats (5-3) defeated the Chiefs in Boca Raton.

Palm Beach Lakes 76, Royal Palm Beach 22: Shakyria McTear and Remi Halyard scored 12 points each as the Rams (5-0) set down the Wildcats (2-6) in Royal Palm Beach. Tasha Joseph had 10 points for the Wildcats.

Wellington 59, Seminole Ridge 25: Sydney Jones scored 12 points and grabbed five rebounds, and Jillian Duncan had 11 points and five assists as the Wolverines (6-2) overpowered the Hawks in Wellington.

Palm Beach Gardens 36, Jupiter 32: Kiera Brown scored 14 points and Kyandra Poitier added 12 as the Gators (5-1) got past the Warriors in Jupiter.

Suncoast 42, Fort Pierce Westwood 39: Jamia Moore scored 10 points and had 10 rebounds, Britney Brown added eight points and grabbed five steals, and Clare Whalen contributed eight points and nine rebounds as the Chargers (3-3) edged the Panthers in Riviera Beach.

Lake Worth 43, Park Vista 36: Recilia Nonombre had 17 points, 11 rebounds and three blocks, and Kayleigh Taylor added 15 points on three-point shots, as the Trojans (5-3) handled the Cobras in Lake Worth.

Atlantic 50, Spanish River 41: Amari Allen had 20 points, including four three-pointers, and Markayla Clinton added nine points as the Eagles (1-3) defeated the Sharks in Delray Beach. Olivia Svedson scored 17 points for Spanish River.
