Boys soccer: Royal Palm Beach tops Lake Worth


Brando Marcus and Rick Chrysotome each scored a goal, helping the Royal Palm Beach boys soccer team edge Lake Worth 2-1 on Friday night in Royal Palm Beach.

Matt Jachim had five saves for the Wildcats (9-3-2).

John I. Leonard 4, Park Vista 1: Christopher Diaz and Victor Garcia each had a goal and an assist as the Lancers (10-0) defeated the Cobras (4-2-2) in Greenacres.

Suncoast 3, Oxbridge Academy 2: Chase Spector and Callan Walker each scored a goal and David Hall had 11 saves, but the ThunderWolves (3-2-2) fell to the Chargers.

Spanish River 2, St. Andrew’s 2: Daniel Molina and Greg Aronstam each scored a goal as the Sharks tied the Scots in Boca Raton.

Berean Christian 2, King’s Academy 1: Julian Quintero and Arrun Rajoo each scored a goal as the Bulldogs (6-2-2) edged the Lions in West Palm Beach.

Jupiter Christian 8, Atlantic Christian 1: Ben Barbee scored three goals and Andrew Steinfield and Jonathan Izquierdo each added two goals as the Eagles (3-2-3) routed the Sharks in West Palm Beach.

Oxbridge Academy 3, Cardinal Newman 0: Tyler Sandstrom and Callan Walker each scored a goal and goalie David Hall scored the third goal on a penalty kick and had five saves as the Thunderwolves (3-1-2) shut down the Crusaders late Thursday in West Palm Beach.
