AUBURN, Ala. — After back-to-back shutouts opened the Mickey Dean era, Auburn softball will look for another sweep Friday against Tennessee Tech and Furman.
The No. 13 Tigers (2-0) beat Marshall and Wichita State in the first day of the Plainsman Invitational on Thursday behind the arms of Kaylee Carlson and Makayla Martin. Auburn will hope for better offense on Day 2 of the 2018 season, as it only combined for 6 runs and 8 hits.
SEC Country will have live inning-by-inning updates and analysis of the action from Jane B. Moore Field. Refresh the page throughout the day for all your Auburn softball coverage.
Due to the previous game running long, Auburn’s first game of the day is set to start at 2:35 p.m. CT.
