The inlets are full, and Hurricane Sandy and other storms this season are to blame for it.
“We’re dredging twice as much sand as usual,” said Tim Murphy, manager for an U.S. Army Corps of Engineers $4 million project started Feb. 10 at the Lake Worth Inlet just north of Palm Beach.
