There was a scene that occurred late in Dolphins mini-camp this summer that couldn’t have happened last year. Joe Philbin was that target, and the fact that he accepted some playful abuse from his players, egged on by quarterback Ryan Tannehill, may speak volumes for the bond between players and coach in Year 2 of the regime. That phase begins in earnest with the opening of training camp next Sunday.
