The man hired by the Dolphins this season to go long kept his answers short Tuesday. Even so, Mike Wallace made it clear that the way his season is going is nowhere near what he envisioned when he signed as a free agent.
Informed by reporters that offensive coordinator Mike Sherman said Wallace had a “tremendous” performance in Sunday’s 20-16 victory over San Diego, the receiver was taken aback.
