Today marks the 48th time the Miami Dolphins will open training camp, and you could say a few things have changed over the years.
For starters, the first Dolphins camp was in St. Pete Beach, where a field littered with seashells, a dumpy hotel and barking seals from a nearby aquatic tourist trap had the team scurrying for more suitable grounds at St. Andrew’s School. The club has grown up considerably since then with a modern facility at Nova Southeastern University in Davie.
