Miami’s Shane Battier is a good teammate as well as a smart man. Sunday night, he finished second in the NBA for an award that, Battier pointed out, could be decided more logically.
The NBA presented the first Twyman-Stokes Teammate of the Year Award to the Clippers’ Chauncey Billups, making a $25,000 donation to the charity of Billups’ choice.
