It was over for LeBron James, everything but the watching, the wondering and the wailing. He had just been called for his fourth foul in the final eight minutes, his sixth foul of the game, while setting a screen with the Heat down four and 56 seconds remaining.
He had fouled out for just the second time in his playoff career, after doing it in Game 4 of last spring’s conference finals, that time in Boston. Now he headed to the other side of the court, shaking his head, smiling to keep from screaming, until he passed the Heat bench and plopped down on the baseline media table.
