A suburban Boca Raton man already facing criminal charges connected to pill mills turned himself in this week after investigators found he allegedly continued prescribing pain medicine out of an unlicensed clinic.
Mark Cukierman, 57, turned himself in Thursday along with two of his three co-defendants — 71-year-old Kyin S. Ho of Fort Lauderdale and 46-year-old Henry J. Battagliola of Parkland. All three men remained in the Palm Beach County Jail on Friday evening.
