State regulators have revoked the license of a Boynton Beach assisted-living facility and ordered its residents discharged within 30 days in the wake of a health care fraud plea and incidents including alleged rape and missing residents.
The order affects 118-bed Boynton Beach Assisted Living Facility on Northeast Fourth Street, also known as Angel Aids Center Inc. No owner or manager was available for comment, employees told a reporter visiting the site.
