The clubhouse at West Palm Beach’s municipal golf course next to Forest Hill High has become a haven for south end families and a hot spot for banquets and gatherings. It’s also full of fungus, musty odors and water stains.
On Monday, the city commission will vote on whether to spend $200,000 to raze the clubhouse and replace it with a temporary, modular structure until the city can afford a better one.
