Gov. Rick Scott appointed two new members to the governing board of the South Florida Water Management District on Friday and reappointed the vice chairman for another 4 years.
Frederick “Rick” Barber, 66, of Bonita Springs, replaces Dan DeLisi, who resigned earlier this month to become the district’s chief of staff. Barber, an engineer, is CEO of Agnoli, Barber & Brundage, a 20-year-old engineering, planning and surveying firm with offices in Naples and Bonita Springs.
